Siden Technologies Inc. builds software from scratch and builds it into real products. We do not wrap existing models or rebrand other people's tools. We build the technology ourselves and then put it in front of people who need it.
The Company
Most AI software being built right now is a thin interface on top of someone else's model. Siden is not that. We build the retrieval systems, the reasoning pipelines, and the product itself, and we own all of it.
We go vertical first. We pick an industry where the stakes are a bit higher and the existing tools/options are bad, build something that genuinely works there, and then take it broader. That is how the technology gets good enough before it gets scaled.
Deep Search
Deep Search is our core retrieval and reasoning engine. It is not off-the-shelf vector search or a standard RAG setup. It is a multi-stage system built to ingest large amounts of unstructured information and return precise, sourced answers at a quality level that general-purpose AI tools cannot get to.
It is designed to be domain-agnostic from the start. Legal documents today, financial filings and clinical research tomorrow. The deployment changes, the engine does not.
Deep Search is also not the only thing we are building. It is the first piece of infrastructure we are building publicly. More is in development.
Sidera
Sidera is our first product. It is a desktop research tool built for legal work. Attorneys upload documents, ask questions, and get back answers with exact citations linked to the source material. Not summaries. Not suggestions. Actual answers they can use and verify.
It launched in early 2026, Built in Rust, distributed on MacOS and Windows. Fast, private, and built for professional use from day one.
Why Legal First
Legal is the hardest place to build. Attorneys cannot use a tool that makes things up. Every answer needs a real citation. Every claim needs to be traceable back to the source. If the technology holds up in that environment, it holds up anywhere.
Starting here also builds the trust and compliance track record needed to move into finance, healthcare, and government, which all have the same accuracy requirements and the same outdated tooling.
The API
Siden's technology is not only going into our own products. We are building an API so other companies can integrate Deep Search and future Siden technology into their own applications. Firms and platforms that need serious retrieval and reasoning over large document sets can build on our infrastructure instead of trying to build it themselves, for a fee.
That is a second revenue stream on top of our direct products and a distribution channel that grows as more companies build on top of us.
Market
The markets we are going into, legal, finance, healthcare, enterprise, represent trillions in annual spend. A real portion of that spend exists because information is hard to find and act on. We are building the thing that fixes that.
Legal AI alone is projected at $50B+ by 2030. That is one vertical and one deployment of one piece of what we are building. The full scope is considerably larger.
Why Now
AI is finally good enough to be useful in professional settings, but almost none of the software built around it is. Most of it is generic, imprecise, and not built for the way people in serious industries actually work. That gap is the opportunity.
The companies that get into these workflows now and actually solve the problem are going to be very hard to replace. We are focused on being one of them.
Team
Siden is a solo founded company. Yes, one person built the technology, designed the product, and marketed it. That is not a gap. That is how the company got here this fast.
